NFC-powered passive haptic cushion for sports viewing environments. The core research question: can haptic feedback serve as a meaningful sensory channel for sports experience, particularly for fans with vision or hearing differences?

Design parameters: ear-tunnel foam construction, LRA and ERM motor configurations, integrated 5–10W audio system, AC and battery power options. VisionLink PHL is the first field pilot.
