International Institute for Integrated Performance LLC ("i2P," "we," "us") operates integrated-performance.institute. This policy explains how we handle your information.

What We Collect

When you sign up for the VisionLink Pilot Program or contact us through our forms, we collect:

• Name — to address you properly
• Email address — to communicate with you about the pilot program
• City — to understand geographic distribution of participants
• Message / answers to questions — to understand your needs and improve our product

We do not collect payment information directly. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. We never see or store your credit card details.

How We Use It

• To communicate with you about the VisionLink Pilot Program and AEGIS product updates
• To improve our accessibility technology based on participant feedback
• To coordinate pilot logistics (event access, device distribution, schedules)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Where It's Stored

Form submissions are stored in Cloudflare KV, a distributed key-value store with encryption at rest. Email notifications are sent through our email provider. We retain pilot signup data for the duration of the pilot program plus 90 days for follow-up, after which it is deleted.

Your Rights

• Access: Request a copy of data we hold about you
• Deletion: Request that we delete your data
• Correction: Request corrections to inaccurate data

Cookies

This site does not use tracking cookies. Stripe, our payment processor, may set session cookies necessary for checkout functionality.

Changes

We'll update this policy as our practices evolve. Material changes will be noted here with an updated date.
